How do I get a manufacturing quote? How do I see costs and lead times?
You can reach out to us through our “Contact” page or our “Custom Orders Form” with a description of the product you are seeking and we will reply to give you a quote and an estimated lead time. If we need further clarification on the product we’ll reach out to you the same way.

Can you 3D print transparent plastic?
No, however, we can 3D print translucent plastic. It isn’t completely transparent but lets some light through.

What file types do you support for instant quotes?
We support files such as .stl, .obj, .jpeg, .png to be attached to our Custom Orders Form. The quotes are not instant, but will be reviewed by us and we’ll generate a quote within 24 hours (business days)

What is 3D Printing?
Classified as additive manufacturing. Using CNC technology to bring 3D renders to life. The action or process of making a physical object from a three-dimensional digital model, typically by laying down many thin layers of a material in succession. We use two types of 3D printing. One involves the melting down of plastic and extruding it. The second is through UV liquid resin that builds layer by layer through UV light curing.

How Long Does It Take To 3D Print?
This varies based on size, material types, and complexity of the model.

How to create your own file for 3D printing
There are a lot of 3D modeling and 3D sculpting programs out there to make your own 3D model. Some that I suggest are Blender, Sculptris, and Fusion 360. These are all free options to get you started. For paid options Zbrush and Autodesk Maya are also impressive programs. 3D modeling does take time to learn and the programs themselves also take time to master so it’s an investment to say the least.

If the order is canceled before the shipping label is created, the refund will be fulfilled.

End of year rush (Custom Orders)
When seeking a custom order or custom product for any holiday, we use a first come, first serve motto. If you get your order in earlier, there is a better chance that we’ll be able to fulfill it in time for the holidays. If we are already booked, we’ll have to decline to fulfill the custom order.
